Exciting developments are underway as the innovative project "Out The Shadow" officially launched with a productive kick-off meeting in Krakow. Over the next three years, this international initiative will explore and promote the fascinating world of Black Light Theatre and its potential application in youth work, particularly in areas related to social inclusion.
"Out The Shadow" is designed specifically to equip youth workers and trainers with innovative tools and methodologies. By integrating Black Light Theatre into their programs, participants will effectively foster creativity, inclusivity, and meaningful dialogue among young people from diverse backgrounds.
The project's ambitious objectives include the creation of a unique methodology focused explicitly on the use of Black Light Theatre for promoting youth social inclusion. Partners will collaborate to develop a comprehensive Youth Work Manual, which will serve as a practical resource for educators and youth professionals interested in implementing these artistic methods.
A key deliverable of "Out The Shadow" will be an interactive Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) platform. This platform will provide accessible online training, resources, and guidance, empowering youth workers worldwide to integrate Black Light Theatre techniques into their practice and engage youth more effectively.
Additionally, the project will host various awareness-raising events, spotlighting the power of theatrical expression to foster intercultural dialogue, empathy, and understanding.
With international collaboration from partners representing Poland, Lithuania, Portugal, and Italy, the initiative promises enriching exchange, impactful resources, and sustainable outcomes for youth communities across Europe.
Stay tuned as we share more updates, stories, and outcomes from this exciting journey!
