Mask Creation Part 2

In this tutorial, we would like to present an exercise focused on movement and visual coordination in black light theatre. The video demonstrates how performers can manipulate visible elements on a dark stage so that they appear to move independently. Through careful timing, positioning, and controlled gestures, the performers create a smooth visual sequence while remaining hidden from the audience.

This activity illustrates one of the key techniques of black light theatre, where performers dressed entirely in black work in a darkened space illuminated with ultraviolet light. Under these conditions, fluorescent or brightly coloured objects glow and become the only visible elements on stage, creating the illusion that the objects move by themselves.
