Day 5 of our Black Light Theatre Training

“Out The Shadow” training course continues and here is what happened on day 5!

First of all, we dived into exploring the elements of shadow theatre with different objects telling a story which mattered to us based on poetry and fragility.

Later on, we tested the usage of plastic materials and learnt about the potential of ephemeral and delicate plastic objects when using them in the black light theatre.

Finally, we have created balloon puppets and designed sketches with them using the black light theatre approach finalising with a balloon puppet parade with a comedy twist!

As a dessert we had a visit from Santa and his Elf!
